When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your full name, company, email address, contact number, country, enquiry type and message. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share with us.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, provide our products and services, and keep records of our communication with you. We will not use your personal data to send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with our related companies, Stolz Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Stolz Engineering (Thailand) Co. Ltd., where needed to respond to your enquiry . We may also share it with service providers who help us run our website and email, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Where your data is transferred outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Please do not share sensitive personal information through WhatsApp.
